DAY TWO – FITNESS ADVENTURE HOLIDAY – FEB 2016

Waking up just before the sunrise… The troops mustered for an early stroll down the “steps” to a vacant beach directly out front of the resort.

Sun salutations and some basic stretching to start the day the right way, then a nice refreshing swim in the crystal clear ocean. You know it’s going to be a good day when this is how you wake up!

Back at villa, Josh was cooking up a storm. Breakfast was served and we briefed the crew on the day ahead – our first adrenaline-filled activity was QUAD BIKING!! Possibly the biggest hit for a lot of the guys & girls aboard their trip!

Possibly one of the best ways to see the island and resort, the quad biking tour takes you off road and through some picturesque landscapes surrounding Tangalooma Resort. Ducking and weaving through sand dunes, forest trees and along the beachfront, you get to see some of the real beauty of the island in this short 1 hour tour.

Back for lunch and we loaded the 4WD’s and headed across the other side of the island to explore some of the key landmarks:

Hike up to Mount Tempest, Swim at the Blue Lagoon, play at Honeymoon Bay and discovering some pretty rad waves over at North Point. Probably the best little attractions north of the resort – a 4-5 hour adventure left everyone pretty thirsty!

Just as the sun began to set after an action packed second day full of clear skies, we sat on the balcony and shared a beverage together over another classic “Josh Special” for dinner!

Totally wiped out from a huge day of fun, we all settled in and got ready to do it all again the next day.
